In Thane, Mumbai, 1988, a baby named Suhas Namboodiri was born with visual impairment. While many would see this as a limitation, his parents, Jathavedan and Sunanda, saw a divine gift. They chose not to mourn what was lost but to embrace what was possible.

His mother, Sunanda, a teacher, became his biggest supporter, ensuring he had writers for his exams—a task filled with logistical hurdles and last-minute challenges. Yet, she never gave up, ensuring he received the education he deserved.

With diligence and determination, Suhas scored 74% in his SSC Board Exams and 68% in HSC Arts, proving that physical limitations do not bind intellectual brilliance.

 The Road to Law and Career Success

Recognizing Suhas’s sharp intellect, Sunanda encouraged him to pursue law. He enrolled in Sushila Devi Deshmukh College of Law, Airoli, Mumbai, affiliated with Mumbai University.

Inspired by the legendary lawyer Ujjwal Nikam, Suhas excelled in his studies, fueled by a desire to make a mark in the legal field.

In April 2016, he achieved a major milestone—securing a position as Assistant at the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). His journey did not stop there—he cleared a promotional exam, rising to Assistant Manager at RBI, Belapur, Mumbai.

As Suhas’s parents aged, their concern shifted to his future and companionship. They sought a partner who would understand and support him, leading them to Ashwini from Amravati, Maharashtra—a teacher at a blind school and visually impaired herself.

Their wedding on February 21, 2025, in Amravati, Maharashtra, was a celebration of love, resilience, and shared strength. Their story is proof that true companionship is built on mutual respect, understanding, and inner strength.
